Every home, every reservation will get our personalized attention, yet our prices and fees are very competitive compared to big property management company. You will get the best service with the cost that does not break the bank, this goes for both our owners and guests. 

What does it take to rent the home?

Minimum stay is from 1 night to 3 nights - depends on the city, minimum age to book is 21 year old. Valid ID is required. Once a booking is confirmed, we will send rental agreement to sign. 

Is there any security deposit/bond to rent the home? How much? When is it returned?

Yes, there is and the amount depends on the home. It will be returned within 14 business days from the check out date per rental agreement.

Is the pool heated?

We offer optional pool heating for a fee, the cost depends on the seasons, it will be heated to 83F from 8am-8pm. Minimum 3 nights in a row is required.

What is included in the home?

We provide free wi-fi and parking, all linens, pool towels, bath towels, high chair, pack n play, stroller, cookware, glassware, dinning utensils, a regular coffee pot, paper and dish towels, a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and toilet paper are also provided for your convenience.

What time is check in and check out time?

Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Early check ins and/or late check outs are courtesy and can be checked several days prior arrival to see if this is an option.

What is the Booking Fee?

The Booking Fee is used to cover the fees charged by the Credit Card companies to process guests' payments.

What is the City Tax?

The City of Anaheim and surrounding areas passed a law in around 2014 that requires Short Term Rentals to charge a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 10-15% - depends on the city, for all nights reserved after July 1st, 2015 that will be remitted to the City.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel 60 days before check in
  • If canceled between 45-59 days before check-in, the guests will pay 50% for all nights
  • If canceled after that, the guest will pay 100% for all nights
